Please Review Our Cancellation Policies

Accommodations:

Guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund minus any fees incurred from third-party booking websites.

If canceled between 14 and 7 days before check-in, guests receive a 50% refund minus any fees incurred from third-party booking websites.

If canceled within 7 days of check-in, the reservation is non-refundable.

Wellness Services:

Guests can cancel any services up to 48 hours prior to service time for a full refund.

Any cancellations made later than 48 hours prior to service time are non-refundable.

Retreats:

Due to the highly customized nature of our private retreats, which require advance booking of and coordination with our expert team, we do not offer standard refunds or cancellations.

Depending on when we are notified, we may be able to offer a partial refund for the accommodations only (see accommodation cancellation policy above).

In some cases, we may also be able to reschedule your retreat based on availability. We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event that changes to your plans become necessary.
